Price list – our prices

The local tax of 2,50 euros per person and night from 14 years is not included in the price and can only be paid on site.

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer (before departure) or by check.

Conditions:

• Smoking is prohibited in the interior.
• Arrival from 1.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (changes possible by arrangement) and on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.
• The prices are based on a minimum stay of 3 days.
• The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of € 100.00.
• We do not allow pets.

• You will receive the Holiday Pass Premium from us with which you get various discounts and free use of all public transport for all of South Tyrol.
• Ski room with ski boot dryer
• Storage room for bicycles

Right of withdrawal:

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation: The deposit will be withheld in any case.
• Up to 30 days before arrival, 0% of the total booking price will be charged. 30 days to 14 days before arrival 50%. 14 days before arrival, NO SHOW or early departure 100%.
